Thank you for choosing Sudath Enterprises for your groceries and fresh seafood needs. We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 24 hours for groceries and same-day returns for fresh seafood due to the perishable nature of the items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Seafood and frozen items must be stored properly and returned in the same condition as delivered.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Fresh seafood (if opened or not stored properly)

  • Perishable goods (vegetables, fruits, meat)

  • Frozen items (once thawed)

  • Customized or special wholesale orders

  • Gift cards

3. Damaged / Wrong Items

If you received:

  • A damaged product

  • A spoiled item

  • An incorrect order

Please contact us immediately within 12 hours of delivery. We will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (depending on stock availability)

Please provide photos for verification.

4. Refunds

Once we inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

5. Return Shipping / Pickup

  • For delivery errors caused by us, we will arrange free pickup.

  • For other returns, customers must return items to our store or pay the return delivery fee.

6. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
